Future Career

In the future, the field I desire to build a career in is nursing. The field of nursing empowers oneself to care for another in times of hardship, and essentially, put your priorities aside. My constant drive to help others will be fulfilled by the career of nursing. I will be passionate about this profession career and driven to be successful in it.

Specifically, I would like to work as a Registered Nurse in an Emergency Room with a Level I Trauma Center upon graduation to be exposed to the most critical patients. I would like to obtain a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and work as a RN for 2-5 years. I will then apply for my Master’s in Nursing as an Acute Care Adult Nurse Practitioner. I plan to be a lifelong learner.
